Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Flavio Oliviero took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Jefesitox was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Ulizes to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the game, Jefesitox's Flavio Oliviero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo Rafe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Esteve Cortez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Serafino Quirze made a huge save. 12 minutes into the game, one of Jefesitox:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jefesitox:s Serafino Quirze showed great skill when he stopped Clemente Osoitz:s penalty. In the 17th minute, Oscar Ulizes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Clemente Osoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C Barcelona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Osoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th match minute, F.C Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Berto to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Clemente Osoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Oscar Ulizes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Jarl Beck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafino Quirze was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 45 minutes into the game, Melchor Amaya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jefesitox's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C Barcelona the free kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarl Beck to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Clemente Osoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Osoitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafino Quirze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jefesitox's Serafino Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarl Beck in the 55th minute of play. Serafino Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarl Beck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 played minutes Jefesitox got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Bernard. The supporters of Jefesitox booed when F.C Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Xabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Flavio Oliviero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Rafe was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After 76 minutes, Vladimiro Veremundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jefesitox and the F.C Barcelona players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes Jefesitox got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Veremundo. Serafino Quirze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteve Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Jefesitox's zone, Clemente Osoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafino Quirze came out of the goal and Clemente Osoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute Manuel Orain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Oliviero struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Paulo Rafe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jefesitox. Paulo Rafe came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Jefesitox's Flavio Oliviero. But to his dismay, Flavio Oliviero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 89th minute, Oscar Ulizes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Oscar Ulizes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Melchor Amaya was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. In the 96th minute, Melchor Amaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The F.C Barcelona manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Jefesitox to win.
