Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patricio Asteri in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iker Xabier, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alonzo Gaufred recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Patricio Asteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Iago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Patricio Asteri dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iker Xabier, 1-0. Azulgranas Fc's Iker Xabier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Azulgranas Fc from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Puelén FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Amancio Sancho hit a great ball. With his leg Iker Xabier managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Puelén FC's Patricio Asteri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Puelén FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rui Luz in the 39th minute. After 42 played minutes Azulgranas Fc got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Nesto. Azulgranas Fc's Iker Xabier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Azulgranas Fc from getting a goal against them. If Roman Iago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ignacio Etor came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Azulgranas Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Etor couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Asteri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Asteri in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Xabier saved Azulgranas Fc from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Patricio Asteri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puelén FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Asteri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Xabier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Iago in the 59th minute of play forced Azulgranas Fc's goalkeeper Iker Xabier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonzo Gaufred fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Senin having to interfere. Roman Iago charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Iago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Puelén FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Iago. 70 minutes into the match, Azulgranas Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Iago came free, but Iker Xabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Asteri in the 74th minute of play forced Azulgranas Fc's goalkeeper Iker Xabier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Asteri in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Xabier saved Azulgranas Fc from getting behind. Iker Xabier came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Puelén FC's Roman Iago. But to his dismay, Roman Iago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 84 minutes into the game, Puelén FC's Patricio Asteri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Xabier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Ignacio Etor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Natalio Senin made a huge save. Patricio Asteri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Iker Xabier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Gaufred charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonzo Gaufred the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Azulgranas Fc's Alonzo Gaufred got a free kick in the 96th minute. The audience was convinced that Patricio Asteri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Xabier was relentless in the 98th minute of the game.
