Capitan Scarlatta's Moises Dodorol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Paulin in the 26th minute of play. Eustaquio Paulin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moises Dodorol having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Everardo Chap in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Pedroso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alonzo Mel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Jacinto Pedroso made a huge save. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Capitan Scarlatta lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
