Luiz Fábio Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstantin Groba went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. If Konstantin Groba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstantin Groba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Fábio Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Gustavo Matxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Fábio Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Eate in the 71st minute of the match. Godofredo Ekialde's late challenge caught a Tallares's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godofredo Ekialde helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tallares booed when Paraná AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. After 93 played minutes Paraná AFC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Ekialde. After 94 minutes, Gustavo Matxin made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paraná AFC's Luiz Fábio Azevedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Tallares players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
