Gaspar Oro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Firmo having to make a save. 29 minutes into the match, Reggae Boyz F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Montrell came free, but Ciro Nalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Circulo Policial's Arnaldo Montrell made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The supporters of Circulo Policial booed when Reggae Boyz F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. 宋斐洋 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Nalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Montrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Firmo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Gaspar Oro sent off a good shot on target. Baldomero Rolado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gaspar Oro came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Reggae Boyz F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Oro couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Circulo Policial's goalkeeper Aurelio Firmo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Pierres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Baldomero Rolado came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Reggae Boyz F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Rolado couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute, Gaspar Oro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Gaspar Oro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reggae Boyz F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gaspar Oro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Firmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelio Firmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Oro in the 72nd minute of the match. Baldomero Rolado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Senen during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
