With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lalo Maradona in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robustiano Firman saved Talleres AFC from getting behind. Aldo Bizi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Ernesto Beltza made a huge save. Ganzoraccio FC's Gerardo Sanduru got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Ganzoraccio FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Beltza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Bizi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lalo Maradona in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robustiano Firman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ganzoraccio FC's Ernesto Beltza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Ganzoraccio FC from getting a goal against them. Eduardo Vincent succeeded in the game's 17th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 20th minute Marcelo Mark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lalo Maradona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Lalo Maradona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robustiano Firman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Eduardo Vincent hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Lalo Maradona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robustiano Firman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Ganzoraccio FC's Lalo Maradona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robustiano Firman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Robustiano Firman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Sanduru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lalo Maradona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Vincent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aldo Bizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ernesto Beltza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lalo Maradona was extremely unlucky when he, in the 67th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Robustiano Firman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lalo Maradona in the 69th minute of play. Lalo Maradona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Firman having to interfere. Robustiano Firman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lalo Maradona in the 75th minute of the match. Lalo Maradona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Robustiano Firman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Ganzoraccio FC's Lalo Maradona ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robustiano Firman. Robustiano Firman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Andres Quiroga hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Lalo Maradona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Robustiano Firman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90th play minutes Lalo Maradona shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Robustiano Firman and just under the crossbar into goal. Ganzoraccio FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
