The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Augusto Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th match minute, Pacificos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Frasquito to maneuver through the defense. Eleuterio Paul charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Paul the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eleuterio Paul hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Cleto Dominix was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Higinio Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Ramiro Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Abilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. A collision led to The Avengers II F.C. ® getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Higinio Neto hit a great ball. Bernardino Dacio, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Constantino Abilio took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiro Inocente. Ramiro Inocente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The Avengers II F.C. ®'s Ramiro Inocente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Abilio in the 20th minute of play. Pacificos FC's Raimundo Rolado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Pacificos FC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute Victor Urdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Rolado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Constantino Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ramiro Inocente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Donato Mede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Abilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Donato Mede managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pacificos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Mede was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Avengers II F.C. ®'s goalkeeper Ramiro Inocente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, The Avengers II F.C. ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Donato Mede came free, but Ramiro Inocente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantino Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ramiro Inocente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Constantino Abilio to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Pacificos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Urdin came free, but Raimundo Rolado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Quinto's late challenge caught a The Avengers II F.C. ®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Quinto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pacificos FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Sebastian Quinto hit a great ball. Ramiro Inocente made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Donato Mede sent off a good shot on target. If Victor Urdin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Mede who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Ramiro Inocente when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Higinio Neto hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Augusto Hernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Constantino Abilio took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Ramiro Inocente to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Hernandez in the 80th minute of play forced Pacificos FC's goalkeeper Raimundo Rolado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pacificos FC's Raimundo Rolado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Hernandez in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Victor Urdin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Avengers II F.C. ®'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Urdin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Constantino Abilio in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Inocente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Donato Mede fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Inocente having to interfere. The Pacificos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pacificos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
