The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The C.A.Belgrano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejo Afonso should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Racing de Córdoba's Ariel Olivar got control of the ball when Aquiles Lucila tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcelo Diaz took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejo Afonso. Alejo Afonso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ariel Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. A hard shot 15 in the game by Aquiles Lucila from a close distance when the talented Ariel Olivar managed to make a qualified save. Racing de Córdoba's players were relieved. 19 minutes into the match, Racing de Córdoba's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Casado came free, but Ariel Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Afonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Diaz in the 22nd minute of the match. 江鸿誉's late challenge caught a Racing de Córdoba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 江鸿誉 helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A.Belgrano! C.A.Belgrano:s Alejo Afonso showed great skill when he stopped Ivan Afonso:s penalty. 江鸿誉 kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Alejo Afonso came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing de Córdoba's Denis Soin. But to his dismay, Denis Soin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ariel Olivar made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when 江鸿誉 sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Racing de Córdoba's Ariel Olivar got control of the ball when Aquiles Lucila tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Racing de Córdoba's Ivan Afonso got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inocencio Pirmin got free with Ariel Olivar in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inocencio Pirmin took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ariel Olivar. Ariel Olivar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Diaz was the one to do the kick off. In the 68th play minute Denis Soin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alejo Afonso. 3-4. Aquiles Lucila scored 4-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ariel Olivar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Racing de Córdoba getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Marcelo Diaz hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Racing de Córdoba's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Casado came free, but Ariel Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Afonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Diaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The supporters of Racing de Córdoba booed when C.A.Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. 江鸿誉 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Soin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Alejo Afonso made a huge save. C.A.Belgrano were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
