The supporters of La Tota del Sur booed when Ñanducita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Bernard didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santos Ekhi was the one to do the kick off. Silvestre Segio took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carolo Niva. Carolo Niva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Fabio Guib kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Venceslao in the 88th minute of play forced La Tota del Sur's goalkeeper Celso Arnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santos Ekhi in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Arnas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santos Ekhi in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Arnas saved La Tota del Sur from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ñanducita players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
