After a defensive mix-up in Douglas Haig's zone, Claudio Weather stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arsenio Mingo came out of the goal and Claudio Weather tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Douglas Haig defense, Claudio Weather kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arsenio Mingo. The Douglas Haig fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arsenio Mingo should have stopped the shot. Damian Oriol kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the game Aldo Omero made a throw-in which Domingos Madeo played forward. Douglas Haig's Arsenio Mingo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Douglas Haig from getting a goal against them. When Claudio Weather fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Gran Cuervo Negro's protests and gave Claudio Weather a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, El Gran Cuervo Negro's Claudio Weather got a free kick in the 21st minute. Claudio Weather in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arsenio Mingo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Francisco Papo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Abadie, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Eliseo Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Arsenio Mingo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes El Gran Cuervo Negro got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Chesus. Francisco Papo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Colaneri in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, El Gran Cuervo Negro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Karlo to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Douglas Haig's Arsenio Mingo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Weather in the 52nd minute of play. In the 60th minute Natalio Abadie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Douglas Haig's 袁斐伟 got a free kick in the 61st minute. Arsenio Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Weather, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Fabricio Chesus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Douglas Haig's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Weather came free, but Arsenio Mingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 71 minutes, Alonzo Aznaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Gran Cuervo Negro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Aznaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arsenio Mingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Weather in the 73rd minute of the match. Francisco Papo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Abadie in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to El Gran Cuervo Negro getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Eliseo Karlo hit a great ball. Angelo Frances's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco Papo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the El Gran Cuervo Negro players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
