Spectators: 7162 (Terracing: 5373, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 142) Douglas Haig's Aurelio Colaneri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 6 minutes, Angelo Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Douglas Haig's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Frances was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Natalio Abadie took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conrado Aznar. Conrado Aznar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Angelo Frances recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Douglas Haig fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Douglas Haig's Angelo Frances looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antonio Domiku kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match Venancio Gentza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Conrado Aznar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Enzo Gaspard made a precise shot to the right of Arsenio Mingo. Douglas Haig's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 30 minutes into the match, Angelo Frances notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Huinganco's Conrado Aznar. Conrado Aznar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Angelo Frances came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Douglas Haig fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Frances couldn't finish the play. If Aurelio Colaneri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Dalmacio Acuña charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Acuña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dalmacio Acuña hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Angelo Frances sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Frances hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Damian Oriol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Huinganco's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Abadie came free, but Conrado Aznar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes of play Huinganco's Dalmacio Acuña was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Huinganco's Dalmacio Acuña got a free kick in the 64th minute. A collision led to Huinganco getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Justo Pierres hit a great ball. Aurelio Colaneri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Angelo Frances came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Douglas Haig fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Frances couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Huinganco's goalkeeper Conrado Aznar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Colaneri. Esteve Dodorol's late challenge caught a Douglas Haig's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteve Dodorol helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Huinganco getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Esteve Dodorol hit a great ball. Aurelio Colaneri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Aznar having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Douglas Haig left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Huinganco.
