The nice shot from Laerte Bezerra in the 41stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Bogdan Cichowski had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 47th minute of the match, Genaro Oroitz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bogdan Cichowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

In the 51st minute, Genaro Oroitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Cichowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 55 minutes in the game, Nicanor Eguen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Blas Su having to interfere. After 59 minutes of play, CSVB's Laerte Bezerra made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bogdan Cichowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 62 minutes, Agustin Dominic mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSVB and the Zuberbühler players grew even worse after the yellow card. Agustin Dominic kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Bogdan Cichowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bogdan Cichowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Oroitz in the 96th minute of play. Zuberbühler's Bogdan Cichowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laerte Bezerra in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CSVB fans cheered their team off the field, for while Zuberbühler had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
