Saverio Salomone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Zombi. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Washington's goalkeeper Saverio Salomone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severo Arnalt. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Frederico got free with Saverio Salomone in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Atletico Zombi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Washington were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gogo Fix was the one to do the kick off. Saverio Salomone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Arnalt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaias Fliz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saverio Salomone. Washington's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Saverio Salomone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Frederico in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Enrique Hustaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Siro Gorka. Atletico Zombi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Hustaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Enrique Hustaz hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Siro Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Jakes, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The supporters of Washington booed when Atletico Zombi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Eztebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Enrique Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Gorka made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Enrique Hustaz sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute Jeremias Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Salomone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Washington's zone, Severo Arnalt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Salomone came out of the goal and Severo Arnalt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the game, Atletico Zombi's Gogo Fix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Siro Gorka came out of the goal and Enrique Hustaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 97th minute, Fabian Eztebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Siro Gorka was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Samuil Kúsovski.
