With a little luck, Club Atletico Tigre's Placido Galindo got control of the ball when Niki Vapirev tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Ivan Tancredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Desiderio Felo. Pitita777's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Tancredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Abadie in the 23rd minute of play forced Pitita777's goalkeeper Desiderio Felo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Edelmiro Abadie fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Tigre's protests and gave Edelmiro Abadie a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Tigre's Edelmiro Abadie got a free kick in the 26th minute. Gerardo Asteri kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Mário Nascimento was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. Pitita777's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 56th minute of the game Paulino Olayo made a throw-in which Teodoro Semeno played forward. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Tigre's Ladislao Ciano got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Niki Vapirev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mário Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Bernebe hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Placido Galindo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mário Nascimento went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Atilano Aureo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Desiderio Felo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Desiderio Felo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Abadie in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Pitita777 lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
