The audience was convinced that Nestor Oihenarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Godsall was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After 18 minutes, Federico Bitxintxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondeau AFC and the FIBRA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FIBRA FC booed when Rondeau AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Bitxintxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 played minutes FIBRA FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Gora. Orvar Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Gorbea in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Rondeau AFC's Leo Godsall got control of the ball when Gaudencio Munio tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Rondeau AFC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Federico Bitxintxo hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Carlos Hala had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Godsall. Rondeau AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Hala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Nestor Oihenarte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leo Godsall. That made the score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. With a little luck, Rondeau AFC's Leo Godsall got control of the ball when Nestor Oihenarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leo Godsall was a little too slow when Carlos Hala got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

After 57 minutes of play, FIBRA FC's Gaudencio Munio made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Godsall was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the match, Filiberto Xabel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Godsall. After a defensive mix-up in Rondeau AFC's zone, Carlos Hala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Godsall came out of the goal and Carlos Hala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Gaudencio Munio made a precise shot to the right of Leo Godsall. Rondeau AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FIBRA FC fully deserved thier win.
