But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Venancio Olo couldn't finish the play. Jaime Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Salvadore having to interfere. A collision led to Torino FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Tobias Bilbo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Velasco in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Salvadore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paolo Sandaili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Eusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Felix Eusko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torino FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charrua FC the free kick. A collision led to Torino FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Felix Eusko hit a great ball. Teodoro Salvadore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Timoteo Berdoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Salvadore having to interfere. Jaime Velasco took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Salvadore. Teodoro Salvadore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Charrua FC's Jaime Velasco in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Torino FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Eusko in the 46th minute of play forced Charrua FC's goalkeeper Paolo Sandaili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Torino FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Charrua FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Velasco to strike the kick off in the second half. Octavio Lesardo took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Sandaili. Paolo Sandaili dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 69th minute, Jaime Velasco fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 71 minutes into the match, Torino FC's goalkeeper Teodoro Salvadore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Velasco. A collision led to Torino FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Lázaro Pes hit a great ball. Venancio Olo charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venancio Olo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Venancio Olo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Torino FC's Filomeno Gomez tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Octavio Lesardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaime Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nereo Delfino came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Charrua FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Delfino couldn't finish the play. After having played for 92 minutes, Felix Eusko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Eusko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Charrua FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
