After 5th play minutes Cosme Acevedo shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Higinio Victoro and just under the crossbar into goal. Los Secuaces's attack was well implemented in the 11th minute, but when Cosme Acevedo was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Higinio Victoro made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Nicanor Velasco sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th match minute, Yubast was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Fernendo to maneuver through the defense. Cosme Acevedos short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Higinio Victoro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Javier Uxio struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Higinio Victoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Secuaces. Cosme Acevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Higinio Victoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Serafino Ekhi made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Sarracino. Los Secuaces's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Los Secuaces's Humberto Gasteiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Higinio Victoro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Los Secuaces's Javier Uxio got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Yubast's zone, Cosme Acevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Victoro came out of the goal and Cosme Acevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosme Acevedo in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Victoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cosme Acevedo kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 38thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Yubast's keeper Higinio Victoro was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Gonzalo Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Victoro having to interfere. In the 45th play minute Javier Uxio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Higinio Victoro. 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafino Ekhi was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Yubast got a freekick which was hit by Melchor Filipo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosme Acevedo in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Victoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cosme Acevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute Javier Uxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Victoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Los Secuaces were the better team. Los Secuaces's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
