After a defensive mix-up in Sunset Girls Club's zone, Hermengildo Totakoxe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Claude came out of the goal and Hermengildo Totakoxe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Estebano in the 8th minute of play forced Sunset Girls Club's goalkeeper Marco Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Edelmiro Estebano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Paranacito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edelmiro Estebano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Guillelmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Amor in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes C. A. Leonel Neto's late challenge caught a C. A. Paranacito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paranacito players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
