The Gomezchingones FC fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Gomezchingones FC's Baltasar Ilixo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Baltasar Ilixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Elia having to interfere. Baltasar Ilixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute Baltasar Ilixo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ariel Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Ilixo in the 16th minute of play. Vladimiro Rik hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Rik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capivara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gomezchingones FC the free kick. Ariel Elia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Ilixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Baltasar Ilixo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Eustacio Urti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gomezchingones FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustacio Urti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Capivara's Ariel Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Ilixo in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Sixto Astudillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gomezchingones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixto Astudillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Elia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Ilixo in the 38th minute of play forced Capivara's goalkeeper Ariel Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ariel Elia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Urti, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. With a little luck, Gomezchingones FC's Timoteo Seber got control of the ball when Atilano Mikelats tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, Gomezchingones FC's Eustacio Urti made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ariel Elia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ariel Elia was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Baltasar Ilixo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Baltasar Ilixo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Santos Muno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Elia having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Baltasar Ilixo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gomezchingones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Ilixo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Elia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Capivara's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Muno came free, but Ariel Elia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reynaldo Eskuin during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Capivara getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Reynaldo Eskuin hit a great ball. Sixto Astudillo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Ariel Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Ilixo in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Santos Muno fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 83 minutes into the match, Baltasar Ilixo notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Capivara's Ariel Elia. Ariel Elia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Capivara's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Baltasar Ilixo 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. When the final whistle sounded Gomezchingones FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Capivara.
