After 13 played minutes Talleres F.C got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Domenec. 15 minutes into the game, Eugenio Milian recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ruben Santio. Eugenio Milian showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Milian in the 18th minute of play forced Talleres F.C's goalkeeper Ruben Santio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Talleres F.C's Ruben Santio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Beila in the 25th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Joel Quexal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ruben Santio. Joel Quexal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. 42 minutes into the match, Talleres F.C's goalkeeper Ruben Santio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Quexal. After 47 played minutes, Club Atletico Racing's Damaso Beila shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruben Santio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atletico Racing reached it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Florentino Domenec kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Racing's Eugenio Milian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruben Santio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The supporters of Club Atletico Racing booed when Talleres F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Indar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruben Santio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Quexal in the 66th minute of play. Ruben Santio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Milian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Quexal took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruben Santio. Ruben Santio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Club Atletico Racing's Justino Felipillo got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atletico Racing fully deserved thier win.
