Los chirusas's attentive Ulises Quinton managed to snatch the ball when Felix Urbes made a throw-in in the 4th minute of the game. Los chirusas's Carolo Rainerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Los chirusas from getting a goal against them. If Siro Argider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Beti during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Acuña getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Benjamin Beti hit a great ball. Acuña's Reynaldo Sugoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Guter in the 16th minute of play. Carolo Rainerio came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Acuña's Delmiro Teyo. But to his dismay, Delmiro Teyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Feliciano Eate's late challenge caught a Acuña's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliciano Eate helped the player get up and apologised. Feliciano Eate kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Teyo got free with Carolo Rainerio in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, Teodoro Cayo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Acuña's Reynaldo Sugoi. Reynaldo Sugoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Los chirusas's Carolo Rainerio got control of the ball when Jess Hindevad tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Acuña's Benjamin Beti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carolo Rainerio. That made the score 4-1 after 44 minutes of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin Beti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Acuña booed when Los chirusas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Quinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th match minute, Los chirusas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Llorienzo to maneuver through the defense. After 65 played minutes Acuña got a freekick which was hit by Jess Hindevad. In the 73rd minute Benjamin Beti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carolo Rainerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Teyo in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Acuña's Delmiro Teyo got a free kick in the 76th minute. Arnoldo Laffitte took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Reynaldo Sugoi. Acuña's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Los chirusas's Carolo Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Andreasson in the 84th minute of play. Reynaldo Sugoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Argider in the 87th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Acuña's zone, Feliciano Eate stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Sugoi came out of the goal and Feliciano Eate tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Siro Argider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Reynaldo Sugoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Sugoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Argider in the 96th minute of play. Acuña walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
