After a defensive mix-up in Azulcuesta FC's zone, Eustacio Faron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Abar came out of the goal and Eustacio Faron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustacio Faron might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lisandro Abar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustacio Faron ran back to his position shaking his head. Eustacio Faron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Lisandro Abar made a huge save. Niceto Evangelista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sebastian Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilberto Bernard was the one to do the kick off. Eustacio Faron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lisandro Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Abar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustacio Faron went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score.
