Rosario's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabio Arixo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Damian Flis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Feliberto Medardo went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 15 played minutes Rosario got a freekick which was hit by Guido Maidana. Alfonso Rubio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Arixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Diego Checa kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to SC ORÁN getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Severo Cordarryl hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Feliberto Medardo could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Damian Flis however easily saved by the left post. In the 29th minute, Guido Maidana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfonso Rubio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Arixo in the 32nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Kemen during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bonifacio Kemen kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosario's goalkeeper Alfonso Rubio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rosario's Desiderio Urre shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 44th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Damian Flis but with some difficulty. SC ORÁN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Arixo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfonso Rubio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Checa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the SC ORÁN defense, Melchor Donzel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damian Flis. The SC ORÁN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damian Flis should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC ORÁN eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
