Spectators: 7097 (Terracing: 5324, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 141) Chosmes FC's Gregorio Micael started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Primitivo Senin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Chosmes FC's zone, Ciriaco Silvanito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Santos came out of the goal and Ciriaco Silvanito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Gregorio Micael managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chosmes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Micael was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Alfonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ovidio Alfonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Micael in the 13th minute of the match. If Pablo Barea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Senin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesus Oxel struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Tomas Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Raco. If Ciriaco Silvanito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Micael in the 29th minute of play forced Raco's goalkeeper Ovidio Alfonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Gregorio Micael notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Raco's Ovidio Alfonso. Ovidio Alfonso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 37 minutes, Pablo Barea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chosmes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Barea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gregorio Micael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciriaco Silvanito to make the kick off. Raco's Ovidio Alfonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Micael in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Raco's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Micael came free, but Ovidio Alfonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lino Lapurdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregorio Micael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Alfonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Eusebio Berto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciriaco Silvanito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Santos having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Raco's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gregorio Micael fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gregorio Micael had several of the Raco's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Ovidio Alfonso as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ciriaco Silvanito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute Gregorio Micael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Alfonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Micael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ovidio Alfonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidio Alfonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Micael, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Albino Ofelio's late challenge caught a Chosmes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albino Ofelio helped the player get up and apologised. Albino Ofelio kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Chosmes FC's Gregorio Micael ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ovidio Alfonso. Ovidio Alfonso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Chosmes FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
