Denis Ur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Abelardo Quirze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Can's Arturo Tallia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Hug in the 13th minute of play. Alvaro Berart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denis Ur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, chialaut f. c.'s Melchor Hug sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arturo Tallia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Deportivo Can's Arturo Tallia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Hermelando in the 23rd minute of play. Arturo Tallia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Clodio in the 24th minute of play. Hipolito Hermelando hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Pastor Clodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Tallia having to interfere. Melchor Hug's late challenge caught a Deportivo Can's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melchor Hug helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Melchor Hug hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rdth minute of the game Hipolito Hermelando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Can's Arturo Tallia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arturo Tallia came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by chialaut f. c.'s Melchor Hug. But to his dismay, Melchor Hug quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Eneto in the 39th minute of play forced Deportivo Can's goalkeeper Arturo Tallia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. chialaut f. c.'s Hipolito Hermelando suffered a sore foot after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Celso Iratzeder charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celso Iratzeder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arturo Tallia had in the 43rdth minute some difficulties stopping Melchor Hug's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. chialaut f. c.'s Melchor Hug got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Baltasar Bide fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Can's protests and gave Baltasar Bide a yellow card for diving instead.

During the 71st minute of the match Baltasar Bide completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Baltasar Bide a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 72 played minutes Deportivo Can got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Bide. In the 77th minute, Denis Ur made a precise shot to the right of Abelardo Quirze. chialaut f. c.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Deportivo Can getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Denis Ur hit a great ball. Melchor Hug sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Can's goalkeeper Arturo Tallia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Luisito Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Can's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Cordeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Quirze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Despite being the better team, chialaut f. c. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
