Spectators: 7032 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Los Patriotas's goalkeeper Luisito Oxel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeledon Argider. After a defensive mix-up in Los Patriotas's zone, Ettore Coco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisito Oxel came out of the goal and Ettore Coco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Roque Weterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gervasio Lleir hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Zeledon Argider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Oxel having to interfere. Ettore Coco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luisito Oxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeledon Argider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Oxel having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ettore Coco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patronato FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ettore Coco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luisito Oxel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisito Oxel made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Zeledon Argider sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute, Ettore Coco fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 25th match minute, Los Patriotas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Hug to maneuver through the defense. After 28 played minutes Patronato FC got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Lleir. In the 32nd minute, Ettore Coco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patronato FC's Zeledon Argider got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Los Patriotas's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Coco came free, but Luisito Oxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 36th minute, but Luisito Oxel got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Los Patriotas hanging dry this time. Luisito Oxel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Coco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Ettore Coco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Oxel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Patriotas's Luisito Oxel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Los Patriotas from getting a goal against them.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ettore Coco made a kick off. A collision led to Los Patriotas getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Jose Cordaryal hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Los Patriotas's zone, Zeledon Argider stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisito Oxel came out of the goal and Zeledon Argider tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Zeledon Argider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcial Suarez's late challenge caught a Patronato FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcial Suarez helped the player get up and apologised. Marcial Suarez hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Los Patriotas's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Coco came free, but Luisito Oxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Argider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Luisito Oxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Genaro Vimaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marcial Suarez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. A collision led to Los Patriotas getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Marcial Suarez hit a great ball. Ettore Coco took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luisito Oxel. Luisito Oxel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Patronato FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
