Nicanor Guillelmus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Henderson FC's Dante Precioso got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Nicolas Eudoxio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Guillelmus in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Henderson FC's Teobaldo Rius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Jobo in the 54th minute of play. Ananá AFC's Neymar Koks got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Dante Precioso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigio Cheche charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remigio Cheche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 61 played minutes Ananá AFC got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Cheche. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Guillelmus in the 64th minute of play forced Ananá AFC's goalkeeper Nicolas Eudoxio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dante Precioso got free with Nicolas Eudoxio in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teobaldo Rius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Jobo in the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neymar Koks in the 72nd minute of play forced Henderson FC's goalkeeper Teobaldo Rius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Dante Precioso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 played minutes Ananá AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Birila. When Maximo Peter fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Henderson FC's protests and gave Maximo Peter a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Artemio Jobo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teobaldo Rius was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Neymar Koks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Rius having to interfere. Bernardino Baleren hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Henderson FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ananá AFC.
