Lucas Rocio kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Brete getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Maximo Seguinus hit a great ball. In the 15th match minute, Brete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Silbestre to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Desiderio Goi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ovidio Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Camilo Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Pastor Espiridion's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Camilo Azevedo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ovidio Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Azevedo having to interfere. Camilo Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Desiderio Goi sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute Maximo Seguinus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktoras Marselis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktoras Marselis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Silbestre in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Brete's Eloy Palos got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 40 minutes into the match, Brete's goalkeeper Camilo Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Espiridion. In the 42nd minute, Ovidio Furtado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cabrera F. C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 45 minutes, Maximo Seguinus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brete and the Cabrera F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximo Seguinus hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 52 played minutes Cabrera F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Beltxe. Eloy Palos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marciano Leguizamón during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marciano Leguizamón hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 68 played minutes Brete got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Seguinus. After having played for 69 minutes, Pastor Espiridion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabrera F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Espiridion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 71st minute of the match Maximo Seguinus completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Maximo Seguinus a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The audience was convinced that Dante Silbestre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viktoras Marselis was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 81st match minute, Brete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Silbestre to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Desiderio Goi went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score.
