Zuerte Fugaz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diego Armando Petri in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on Zuerte Fugaz's corner Diego Armando Petri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gogo Procopio quite easily take care of the ball. Diego Armando Petri hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Zuerte Fugaz's Ubaldo Mogel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Locaio in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Francisco Nofre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zuerte Fugaz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Astra FC the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Francisco Nofre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gogo Procopio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Ahumada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Astra FC's Wilfredo Velasco got a free kick in the 30th minute. Gogo Procopio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Ahumada, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Alberto Ahumada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Wilfredo Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Venancio Roano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Astra FC's Gogo Procopio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Ahumada in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Astra FC's zone, Dedê Dias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gogo Procopio came out of the goal and Dedê Dias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dedê Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60thth minute of the game Alberto Ahumada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astra FC's Gogo Procopio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Astra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Venancio Roano in the 67th minute. Ubaldo Mogel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Locaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Edgardo Locaio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Astra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Dedê Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 78 minutes, Dedê Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zuerte Fugaz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dedê Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Alberto Ahumada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Procopio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astra FC's Wilfredo Velasco quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eustaquio Llope, made in the 87th minute of the game. Dedê Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gogo Procopio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Procopio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedê Dias in the 96th minute of play. Astra FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Zuerte Fugaz had controlled the match.
