Humberto Jorrin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Illan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Gervasio Hibai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Filomeno Ruisko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Gálvez's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno do Valle came free, but Humberto Jorrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Illan took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Jorrin. Humberto Jorrin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gervasio Hibai to strike the kick off in the second half. A well placed Bruno do Valle short distance shot in the 54th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 59 minutes into the match, ziel's Camilo Illan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Jorrin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gervasio Hibai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Octavio Justin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Bruno do Valle lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Humberto Jorrin. In the 79th minute, Gálvez's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Camilo Illan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Camilo Illan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Jorrin. Gálvez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camilo Illan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After a rather tough play, Gálvez's Arsenio Bartoleme got a free kick in the 87th minute. Camilo Illan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Humberto Jorrin firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some careless play in the Gálvez defense, Bruno do Valle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Jorrin. The Gálvez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Jorrin should have stopped the shot. Octavio Justin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filomeno Ruisko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over ziel could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gálvez throughout the match.
