A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Nunez Ricart hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Fausto Timo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Cresenciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Abel's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Ricart came free, but Gogo Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Abel's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alvaro Marz was slow to take the kick. During this time Boca Juniors's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nunez Ricart hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Abel's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Timo came free, but Gogo Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Urbano Tancredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gogo Cresenciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Timo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 90th match minute, Abel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Tancredo to maneuver through the defense.
