To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Ibar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gogo Cresenciano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Gogo Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Raitin in the 25th minute of the match. Rodolfo Felo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gogo Cresenciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piñeyro fc's Clemente Ioritz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Piñeyro fc from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Abel's Urbano Tancredo got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute, Atilano Ixidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute Hugo Ibar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Cresenciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Cresenciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Hustaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. 48 minutes into the game, Fidel Hustaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gogo Cresenciano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 曾磊庭 made a kick off. Abel's attentive Gaston Donio managed to snatch the ball when Fabian Beremundo made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. Hugo Ibar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Cresenciano having to interfere. The supporters of Abel booed when Piñeyro fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piñeyro fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abel the free kick.
