Abelardo Luken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Obeko in the 5th minute of play. Venancio Obeko took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Luken. Abelardo Luken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 11th minute, Haroldo Tercero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Luken was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Abelardo Luken stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Venancio Obeko's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, club A florida's Patricio Phelipe seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Patricio Phelipe the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of club A florida protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Patricio Phelipe had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of club A florida:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of San Isidro F.C.:s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Venancio Obeko managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Isidro F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Venancio Obeko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Luken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venancio Obeko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Abelardo Luken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Haroldo Tercero came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the San Isidro F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Tercero couldn't finish the play. Abelardo Luken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Odon in the 40th minute of the match. If Haroldo Tercero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Venancio Obeko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Isidro F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Venancio Obeko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half San Isidro F.C. were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvio Odon made a kick off. Venancio Obeko scored 1-5 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abelardo Luken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliberto Savier's late challenge caught a club A florida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Savier helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, San Isidro F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Savier to maneuver through the defense. After 58 minutes, Israel Matia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the club A florida and the San Isidro F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Abelardo Luken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Venancio Obeko in the 63rd minute. If Silvio Odon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godfredo Etxatxu charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo Etxatxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 74 played minutes club A florida got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Etxatxu. If Haroldo Tercero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Odon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Abelardo Luken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Venancio Obeko got free with Abelardo Luken in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, club A florida's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Odon came free, but Abelardo Luken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Haroldo Tercero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Luken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venancio Obeko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Abelardo Luken made a huge save. A collision led to club A florida getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Sergio Eliu hit a great ball. Silvio Odon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Luken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. San Isidro F.C. played a much better game than club A florida and deserved their victory. The club A florida players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
