Spectators: 7092 (Terracing: 5320, Seating: 1631, VIP seats: 141) Abel Emesto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Mede in the 3rd minute of play forced Lion FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Lluis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filomeno Mateus took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ovidio Cordarius. Algarrobo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Algarrobo's zone, Matias Shantala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidio Cordarius came out of the goal and Matias Shantala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Abel Emesto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Algarrobo's Ovidio Cordarius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ovidio Cordarius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Shantala in the 12th minute of play. Lion FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Juan Santio in the 14th minute. Juan Santio made a great header on Lion FC's corner, it was just that Algarrobo's Ovidio Cordarius managed to reach the ball for a save. After 19 minutes, Romulo Guipuzkoa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lion FC and the Algarrobo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Lion FC got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Guipuzkoa. Matias Shantala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidio Cordarius having to make a save. Celedonio Lluis made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Hipolito Camerino sent off a good shot on target. Celedonio Lluis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 39th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. A collision led to Algarrobo getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Niceto Henric hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Mede made a kick off. In the 58th minute, Leopoldo Mede left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Algarrobo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Jonatan Basajaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lion FC's Jonatan Basajaun got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Matias Shantala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Basajaun got free with Ovidio Cordarius in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute of the match Anselmo Ekialde sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidio Cordarius skillfully saved the ball. Jonatan Basajaun kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Leopoldo Mede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Lion FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nunez Clementi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the referee ended the match the Algarrobo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
