In the 4th minute Rafinha Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Hermon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The coaching staff of Ignis FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hernan Sendoa had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 20th match minute, Ignis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Sendoa to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Ignis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Bixintxo came free, but Liutauras Streikus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belloco's Ulises Hermon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafinha Sena in the 36th minute of play. Ulises Hermon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Bide in the 38th minute of play. When Horacio Bide fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ignis FC's protests and gave Horacio Bide a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ignis FC's Horacio Bide got a free kick in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Belloco's Higinio Fiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Liutauras Streikus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

Natalio Medina charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Medina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes Ignis FC got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Medina. Ignis FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Alvaro Gasteiz scored to the left of an out of position Liutauras Streikus, making the score, 1-4. 88 minutes into the match, Ignis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Gasteiz came free, but Liutauras Streikus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Bixintxo got free with Liutauras Streikus in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ignis FC's Liutauras Streikus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Ignis FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Pastor Bixintxo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belloco's supporters rose to their feet, but Pastor Bixintxo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liutauras Streikus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ulises Hermon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Betadur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belloco's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
