In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Haitiano's goalkeeper Isidro Cordarryl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abran cancha's Flavio Naldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Pudes in the 44th minute of play. Jesus Dodorol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Efrain Musko to strike the kick off in the second half. Jesus Dodorol scored 4-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidro Cordarryl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isidro Cordarryl came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Abran cancha's Santiago Cuartio. But to his dismay, Santiago Cuartio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Edgard Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Cordarryl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Dodorol in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute Efrain Musko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Naldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo Haitiano's Isidro Cordarryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batıray Cinel in the 81st minute of play. Isidro Cordarryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batıray Cinel, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Haitiano's zone, Jesus Dodorol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Cordarryl came out of the goal and Jesus Dodorol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
