Aurelio Vistruario came out of the goal and Clodoveo Celino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Benito Ortzi took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Aurelio Vistruario to make any attempt to save it. Antaje's Aurelio Vistruario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Ortzi in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute of the match, Clodoveo Celino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aurelio Vistruario was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Clodoveo Celino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodoveo Celino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
