Spectators: 6627 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1627, VIP seats: 0) Jorfala's Eloy Elorri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pastor Pierres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aristides Abaunza's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eloy Elorri in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pastor Pierres saved Soconcho from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Soconcho's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Elorri came free, but Pastor Pierres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pastor Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Abaunza in the 22nd minute of play. Aristides Abaunza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Pastor Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Eloy Elorri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Pierres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sergio Bonadona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Karmel in the 31st minute of the match. Pastor Pierres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Elorri, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Sergio Bonadona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Karmel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Pierres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Abaunza in the 41st minute of the match. David Karmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Jorfala were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Karmel was the one to do the kick off. Soconcho's Cristo Hermelando quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cristian Rius, made in the 55th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Jorfala defense, David Karmel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergio Bonadona. The Jorfala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergio Bonadona should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Soconcho's Pastor Pierres got control of the ball when Eloy Elorri tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 63 minutes, Eloy Elorri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jorfala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloy Elorri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorfala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soconcho the free kick. Victoriano Beltza kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Eloy Elorri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Pierres having to interfere.
