That made the score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Turungun FC's goalkeeper Delmar Valery had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Franco. When Axel Sjöman fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mardy Bum's protests and gave Axel Sjöman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Mardy Bum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Sjöman to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 22 minutes, Maximo Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Turungun FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Matthew was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mardy Bum's Rigoberto Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Erroman in the 23rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Axel Sjöman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Silvanito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rigoberto Aguilera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Enmanuel made in the 39th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bernabe Rufio however managed to control. Turungun FC's Delmar Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkan Tecer in the 41st minute of play. Bernabe Rufio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximo Matthew stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Turungun FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Faro to maneuver through the defense. Bernabe Rufio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Delmar Valery. Turungun FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 61st minute Axel Sjöman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Aguilera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvaldo Rufo in the 69th minute. Maximo Matthew received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Sjöman in the 74th minute of play forced Turungun FC's goalkeeper Delmar Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Folke Pihlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Gabriel Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Turungun FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Moisés Trancoso hit a great ball. Delmar Valery stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Sjöman's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Luis Hulberto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Turungun FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mardy Bum the free kick. After 89 played minutes Turungun FC got a freekick which was hit by Luis Hulberto. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erkan Tecer in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmar Valery saved Turungun FC from getting behind. Maximo Matthew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Aguilera having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Eloy Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Turungun FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eloy Faro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Aguilera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
