FC Santos Lugares's Maximo Mantzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Pacorro in the 11th minute of play. When Ezequiel Toro came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Nazca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Toro couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the game, Boguslaw Pochorylo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Santos Lugares's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nazca FC the free kick. A collision led to FC Santos Lugares getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Boguslaw Pochorylo hit a great ball. Maximo Mantzio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Cebrian's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 18 minutes into the game, when Felix Ermano put in a rough tackle. 17 minutes into the game, one of FC Santos Lugares:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pastor Gaxan walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 28th minute, Ezequiel Toro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 28th match minute, FC Santos Lugares was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boguslaw Pochorylo to maneuver through the defense. Ezequiel Toro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximo Mantzio having to make a save. 37 minutes into the game, Ramzi Spriet threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Santos Lugares's Ceferino Laurgain quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 41 minutes, Ceferino Laurgain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Santos Lugares and the Nazca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes FC Santos Lugares got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Laurgain. After 45 minutes of play, Nazca FC's Fabricio Pacorro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximo Mantzio was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Maximo Mantzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Toro, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nazca FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Arnaldo Ortega struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Rodolfo Felipo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Santos Lugares. Boguslaw Pochorylo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Daniel Tebaldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximo Mantzio. FC Santos Lugares's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Tebaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 70 played minutes Nazca FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Cebrian. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Ezequiel Toro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nazca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Toro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Mantzio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maximo Mantzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Toro in the 79th minute of the match. FC Santos Lugares's Boguslaw Pochorylo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zeledon Egoitz, made in the 92nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FC Santos Lugares's Everardo Guillelmus got a free kick in the 94th minute. Bernardo Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Mantzio having to interfere.
