In the 10th minute Basajaun Homar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Full Metal F.C. getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Emanuel Confesor hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Arnulfo Ticho in the 17th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Aquiles Perrando's left hand side. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Nalo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Basajaun Homar struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Aquiles Perrando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Betinho Palmeira to make the kick off. Basajaun Homar did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Aquiles Perrando 54 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Full Metal F.C.'s goalkeeper Aquiles Perrando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basajaun Homar. Honorato Goito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62ndth minute of the game Honorato Goito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Full Metal F.C.'s Aquiles Perrando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63 minutes, Abelardo Ricart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Full Metal F.C. and the Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aquiles Perrando yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. In the 80th minute, Basajaun Homar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Racing Club's Betinho Palmeira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aquiles Perrando. That made the score 0-7 after 83 minutes of play. Evaristo Luzaide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Aquiles Perrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Eudoxio came free, but Juan Estebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Perrando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Palmeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Juan Estebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Eudoxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
