Spectators: 7123 (Terracing: 5344, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iker Ralondo started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Saverio Ayala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Languiñeo AFC and the Moctezuma players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moctezuma's Candido Gelmiro got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iker Ralondo kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Candido Gelmiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horacio Abeitia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Horacio Abeitia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Gelmiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Iker Ralondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Abeitia having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Candido Gelmiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Horacio Abeitia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24thth minute of the game Iker Ralondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Languiñeo AFC's Horacio Abeitia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saul Cibran succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 26th playminute. Moctezuma's Iker Ralondo got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Candido Gelmiro in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Abeitia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute Mauricio Bartoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Pelayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Moctezuma's Elpidio Ireno got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Iker Ralondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Candido Gelmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Horacio Abeitia made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Candido Gelmiro sent off a good shot on target. Elpidio Ireno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Languiñeo AFC's Horacio Abeitia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Languiñeo AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 62ndth minute of the game Iker Ralondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Languiñeo AFC's Horacio Abeitia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Languiñeo AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Candido Gelmiro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Iker Ralondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Candido Gelmiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Horacio Abeitia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Saul Cibran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iker Ralondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Horacio Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horacio Abeitia made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Candido Gelmiro sent off a good shot on target. During the 76th minute of the match Saverio Ayala completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Saverio Ayala a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Saverio Ayala hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. If Candido Gelmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Ralondo in the 84th minute of play forced Languiñeo AFC's goalkeeper Horacio Abeitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Iker Ralondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moctezuma's supporters rose to their feet, but Iker Ralondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Abeitia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Moctezuma booed when Languiñeo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute Moctezuma were awarded a corner. Federico Segio went to the cornerflag to take it. Moctezuma's Federico Segio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Horacio Abeitia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Candido Gelmiro in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Horacio Abeitia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Candido Gelmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moctezuma played a much better game than Languiñeo AFC and deserved their victory. The Languiñeo AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
