After a defensive mix-up in Traful AFC's zone, Albano Afonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Maura came out of the goal and Albano Afonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, SUPPLY CHAIN's Bernardino Maura threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cléber Cardozo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as SUPPLY CHAIN's Cléber Cardozo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernardino Maura. That made the score 4-0 after 45 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venancio Eriz was the one to do the kick off. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SUPPLY CHAIN fully deserved thier win.
