Rodolfo Walme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ángulos FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Iaki in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto Rameriz saved Ángulos FC from getting behind. Epifanio Frances took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Walme. Rodolfo Walme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rodolfo Walme came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Ángulos FC's Epifanio Frances. But to his dismay, Epifanio Frances quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prudencio Oinatz during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Prudencio Oinatz kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Ángulos FC's Epifanio Frances nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodolfo Walme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After the first half Ángulos FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramiro Iaki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Walme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesar Afonso in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Epifanio Malvin got free with Rodolfo Walme in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th match minute, Ángulos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Afonso to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ángulos FC's Sebastian Havier got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 63rd minute, Prudencio Oinatz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Humberto Rameriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Iaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Epifanio Malvin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Rodolfo Walme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 71 played minutes Ángulos FC got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Nuno. The audience was convinced that Epifanio Frances's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Walme was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. After having played for 75 minutes, Epifanio Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ángulos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Epifanio Frances was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Ramiro Iaki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The INDEPENDIENTE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The supporters of Ángulos FC booed when INDEPENDIENTE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Iaki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Walme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Afonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Epifanio Frances took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Rodolfo Walme to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ángulos FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
