David Dubardo charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. David Dubardo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 41st playminute. Leopoldo Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pietro Viqueira to strike the kick off in the second half. Hermengildo Garaile hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Horcones's Hermengildo Garaile got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Hermengildo Garaile fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Horcones's protests and gave Hermengildo Garaile a yellow card for diving instead. 68 minutes into the match, Plaza Roja 1917's goal looked a bit too open when David Dubardo came free, but Joaquin Corderall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pietro Viqueiras short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Baltasar Laurentzi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Boruc Modliszewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baltasar Laurentzi was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Ovidio Venceslas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ovidio Venceslas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Baltasar Laurentzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boruc Modliszewski in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Horcones's goal looked a bit too open when Pietro Viqueira came free, but Baltasar Laurentzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Boruc Modliszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Plaza Roja 1917's zone, Inocencio Monico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Corderall came out of the goal and Inocencio Monico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inocencio Monico took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Corderall. Joaquin Corderall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5.
