Feliberto Millan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciriaco Perpinya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Feliberto Millan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute of the match Eriberto Mero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciriaco Perpinya showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Inocencio Tavio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Martin Potoroacă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Languiñeo AFC's Feliciano Austin got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Languiñeo AFC's Inocencio Tavio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Potoroacă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Ciriaco Perpinya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Millan, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 63 minutes into the game, Mariano Mouricio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Languiñeo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los aliados del Pep the free kick. After a rather tough play, Languiñeo AFC's Mariano Mouricio got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ciriaco Perpinya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Gustau in the 64th minute of the match. Constantino Gustau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Perpinya having to interfere. When Mariano Mouricio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played.
