The Lucas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Corderall should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute Tomas Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Arotza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Igor Eskuin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Murquilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Eskuin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Corderall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd match minute, Lucas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Sabino to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Eskuin in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Corderall saved Lucas FC from getting behind. When Vicente Cugat came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Lucas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Cugat couldn't finish the play. Tomas Selatse was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. Lucas FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Selatse to make the kick off. Vicente Cugat kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. 3-2 became the score in the 55th minute when Nemesio Lizer elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Igor Eskuin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christian Iago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Corderall having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Igor Eskuin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Corderall was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Eskuin in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Corderall saved Lucas FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Igor Eskuin sped through Lucas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hugo Corderall. Lucas FC's Hugo Corderall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Iago in the 70th minute of play. Rigoberto Gamus's late challenge caught a Lucas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Gamus helped the player get up and apologised. Rigoberto Gamus kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Igor Eskuin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Hugo Corderall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Cugat kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The supporters of Lucas FC booed when Murquilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Gamus didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Igor Eskuin came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Murquilla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Eskuin couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Lucas FC booed when Murquilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Eskuin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Murquilla FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lucas FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
