The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Froilan Matxin in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Rodolfo Montrel charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Montrel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodolfo Montrel hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Mario Evarado managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Dalmacio Mon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Aurken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dalmacio Mon didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Fraga's Froilan Matxin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When Fraga's Froilan Matxin in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Amador Aurken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Dalmacio Mon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeronimo Oier made a kick off. Dalmacio Mon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Sabin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Nereo Lehoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Ramond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Rodolfo Montrel from long distance, 60 minutes into the match, got Dalmacio Mon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Froilan Matxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Froilan Matxin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fraga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Matxin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute, Amador Aurken ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmacio Mon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Dalmacio Mon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Sabin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amador Aurken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Dalmacio Mon made a huge save. Ismael Sabin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dalmacio Mon having to make a save. Froilan Matxin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmacio Mon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Fraga's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Lehoi came free, but Gilberto Ramond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmacio Mon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Sabin in the 85th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Ismael Sabin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fraga's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Sabin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Mon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Froilan Matxin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmacio Mon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fraga had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
