In the 16th minute, Justino Errolan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juliusz Hajduk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Alfonso Tanio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prudencio Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. The Quilmes AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Rodolfo Lizar charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Angulas's Alfonso Tanio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Rey in the 94th minute of play. Prudencio Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Alfonso Tanio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Mederi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Haimar in the 98th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Quilmes AFC fully deserved thier win.
