C.A.D.Berazategui's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Eneko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Eneko got free with Karl-Ove Lundqvist in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Zacarias Izel fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.D.Berazategui's protests and gave Zacarias Izel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Luyaba AFC. Marcelo Chico stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Karl-Ove Lundqvist. 2-1. After 25 played minutes C.A.D.Berazategui got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Teofilio. In the 26th minute, Marcelo Chico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Domingo Tabor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Ove Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Perfecto in the 32nd minute of play. Karl-Ove Lundqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victoriano Eneko in the 33rd minute. Ruperto Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Tabor in the 36th minute of the match. Enzo Bermudo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Karl-Ove Lundqvist made a huge save. In the 44th minute, Victoriano Eneko fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Karl-Ove Lundqvist, passed just outside the right post. In the 47th minute, C.A.D.Berazategui's Humberto Min seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Humberto Min the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of C.A.D.Berazategui protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Humberto Min had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 47 minutes into the game, one of C.A.D.Berazategui:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. C.A.D.Berazategui:s Karl-Ove Lundqvist showed great skill when he stopped Marcelo Chico:s penalty. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulino Perfecto was the one to do the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, C.A.D.Berazategui's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Perfecto came free, but Karl-Ove Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Victoriano Eneko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Ove Lundqvist. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.D.Berazategui's goalkeeper Karl-Ove Lundqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute Victoriano Eneko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Ove Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luyaba AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
